Location is not at the listed address. Location was not open at pick-up time. Location does not have a drop box for the keys as listed in the truck return instructions.

The location representative refused to communicate with me and the U-Haul web/app interface was an absolute mess that took a phone support person 30 minutes to walk me through the difficult interface to finally be able to access the vehicle. The U-Haul phone support saved the day because the web interface was an absolutely MISERABLE EXPERIENCE and I wouldn't have been able to access my booking without help.

I had limited experience with the pick up location as I was forced to do self check in, which I did not expect or enjoy. The interface is clunky and annoying. While I can appreciate the flexibility that an online/self check in offers, I wish we weren't constantly trying to strip out human interactions. I should have been given the choice to do online or in-store and that wasn't an option.

I experienced very bad things. When I was processing, I can’t contact U-haul dealer. So, I didn’t receive a key. Also, Moving time was delayed and waste my time over a one hour. I request to U-haul, refund my money.

Truck was missing a windscreen wiper, self checkin did not work, U haul system not functioning for the owner as well, did not have the equipment and blankets we requested with our order made 2 months earlier. Shocking experience with U-Hauloverall,

I rented a truck to move home belongings to storage. The agent was very accommodating when I needed a couple of extra days. However, the truck was taking in rain water and I had damage on a good quality bed mattress. This shouldn't happen and all equipment should be properly checked before made available to customers. Perhaps a matter for the company as a whole, as I am not sure the specific location/agent is to blame. I would like to request compensation and I cannot find how to go about it on the U-Haul website.

The pickup address provided is a grocery store that has nothing to do with Uhaul. The phone number in the booking email was the general Uhaul call center in Vancouver. I finally found the correct phone number after logging into my account. He apparently lives in an apartment above the store with an access behind the grocery store. There was a doorbell but it doesn’t work. Please have him at the very least put a sign on his door. None of the requested items (carts, blankets, etc) were in the truck, so I had to go to another location to pick them up (the location I actually requested as a pickup location). The truck itself was parked two blocks away.

Fully remote location with no physical address markings would be fine if I knew, but made it confusing as I didn't. Address is a grocery store, was unable to provide blankets ordered and necessary for the move. Person on the phone was polite and concise.

the application is very buggy. Authorization and going through everything is very long and inconvenient, it was possible to do all this before receiving the car. The instructions on where to put the keys are unclear, there is no box at the location.

This was my worst experience with UHaul and won’t be beat. There was no signage, no parking spots, and no key drop. When I did find a parking place with a UHaul sign I was told it was the wrong location. After my 3rd call to customer service they offered to call the local agent and we were able to do the return. The local agent was helpful when I was finally able to work with him.
