The location representative refused to communicate with me and the U-Haul web/app interface was an absolute mess that took a phone support person 30 minutes to walk me through the difficult interface to finally be able to access the vehicle. The U-Haul phone support saved the day because the web interface was an absolutely MISERABLE EXPERIENCE and I wouldn't have been able to access my booking without help.

I had limited experience with the pick up location as I was forced to do self check in, which I did not expect or enjoy. The interface is clunky and annoying. While I can appreciate the flexibility that an online/self check in offers, I wish we weren't constantly trying to strip out human interactions. I should have been given the choice to do online or in-store and that wasn't an option.
Duncan MI experienced very bad things. When I was processing, I can’t contact U-haul dealer. So, I didn’t receive a key. Also, Moving time was delayed and waste my time over a one hour. I request to U-haul, refund my money.
SHINKI KTruck was missing a windscreen wiper, self checkin did not work, U haul system not functioning for the owner as well, did not have the equipment and blankets we requested with our order made 2 months earlier. Shocking experience with U-Hauloverall,
Kerry HI rented a truck to move home belongings to storage. The agent was very accommodating when I needed a couple of extra days. However, the truck was taking in rain water and I had damage on a good quality bed mattress. This shouldn't happen and all equipment should be properly checked before made available to customers. Perhaps a matter for the company as a whole, as I am not sure the specific location/agent is to blame. I would like to request compensation and I cannot find how to go about it on the U-Haul website.
