the meter adds more miles than actually driven it’s a fraud company beware

I was charged for 97 miles use on the rental, I know this was not possible i only moved three blocks aways; but i trusted that the info would be correct so i did not take a photo of the miles when i picked up the truck since i never had a problem before. I will never go to uhaul again.

The truck has bad smoking smell. I only drive 4 miles and was charge 3GL for drving 3 miles. I took pictures of mileage and gasoline right after starting the truck, it showed the truck did not have full gas. RIP OFF.

The truck was supposed to be set up for self checkout since we needed it before they opened but it was not ready when we arrived. The cab was unlocked and the key was laying in the back of the vehicle. In addition, it did not have the 12 moving blankets we had paid for. The information UHaul had was that the tank was 1/2 full, when it only had 1/4 tank, and the mileage reported was less than what it actually showed, meaning if we hadn't checked it we would have been charged that extra mileage.

Employee did not have requested equipment and had to issue a full refund, before charging corrected price. Employee walked us through a messy backroom to get to the U-Haul. The truck had a lollipop stick stuck to the floor and the radio didn’t work. Experience was otherwise fine, but overall worse compared to other businesses that rent out U-Hauls.

I was wrongly charged and when i called, i was told to call back next day. I only drove 10 miles and i was charged for 50 miles. They never logged the miles and gas when they deliver the truck and not on return either and suddenly i see the bill way over than i should be and when i call, owner does not care and basically said call me later

There were bags of trash left in the U-Haul when I picked it up. Also when I returned the truck, the app did not upload my photo of the odometer after several attempts. I was unable to complete digital checkout.

The van was full of empty boxes and a 5 gallow water bottle among other trash. The gas was on empty. I returned with the same level of gas and somehow got charged extra for it. I also returned it a full day and a half before I got the receipt.

Mileage was incorrect. Said did 77mi when was only bout 10mi. Brought back with 1/4 tank more gas than when I left.

This has been by far the worst UHaul experience I have had. I reserved a truck at 10 am and the U-Haul rep was asleep in his car until 10:20 am when he woke up to open the store he didn’t know how to operate the computer and I did not get a truck u til 11:30 am! And that’s only because I had to call the store manager to help him. The second rental reservation from this store a week later they gave my reserved truck away to someone else. When I got there on time I had no truck! And I took an uber there! And then back home! Needless to say why I am using so many exclamation points but I certainly think this place needs some serious help or new management. Stay far away from this place. It will ruin your day and moving experience.

When I arrived I'd and the whole process of checking in you already know. They gave me the keys to a ford van and check in and it a chevrolet van . I told him you gave me a chevrolet and he was like noo it's the model number. I was checking in and was like this is a chevrolet then realized and gave me the correct keys. First of all the van had no gas and I couldn't change it on the app. I also sent a email haven't got a return email back yet.
