Too slow to close out reservation. Truck was rented on Monday 8/31 and returned later that night. Reservation was not closed out until Friday 9/4.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt's not their fault the truck was rented without being serviced for whatever was wrong, but also nothing was done about it when we turned it in. I wouldn't trust U-Haul again.
Karen BMy app was for 10:30am but the store didn’t open until 11:30am. In addition, the van was dirty and unwashed. Although the van operates fine. Not the best experience as a first time customer.
