I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the operator of the U-Haul facility located at Lincoln Avenue and Valley View Street in the City of Cypress. This gentleman is truly one of the nicest, kindest, and most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is such a kind soul, and his customer service was exceptional. I called the facility, and he answered the phone immediately. He listened to what I needed, accommodated my request without hesitation, and made the entire process incredibly easy. I was in and out within just a few minutes. It was a super-smooth, professional, and pleasant transaction from beginning to end. How U-Haul Reviews WorkToo slow to close out reservation. Truck was rented on Monday 8/31 and returned later that night. Reservation was not closed out until Friday 9/4.
Kenneth SIt's not their fault the truck was rented without being serviced for whatever was wrong, but also nothing was done about it when we turned it in. I wouldn't trust U-Haul again.
Karen BMy app was for 10:30am but the store didn’t open until 11:30am. In addition, the van was dirty and unwashed. Although the van operates fine. Not the best experience as a first time customer.
