If I had to pick something, maybe a lager area to pick up and drop off equipment. Other than that, 5 ⭐️ from me!

Geoff DNeeded a truck that would haul a 70 refrigerator standing. I was told the 10 foot truck would be sufficient. When we attempted to stand the refrigerator the truck was not tall enough. Truck was absolutely useless. When we brought the truck back I told the check in person, she said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. Knowledgeable employees would be good.
David CI was quoted a 15 foot U-Haul they didn’t have one so they gave me a 25 foot and promise to keep the same price as the 15 foot but they didn’t they over charged me. I was not satisfied I’ve been using you all for years was a bad experience..

thomas sVehicle was clean and location was very nice and helpful but battery died and had to wait about 3 hours to have a repairman to fix it. You should have better inspections done before renting them out.

Travis FI did not return my equipment here. I returned my equipment back to the McKinney location. The system sucks and I’m now having to scramble to get a thousand dollars back because the online portal never works to check my equipment in.
Anna SI can't blame this particular business for what happened. This is mostly -UHauls fault. U-Haul told me to go to a location to pick up a truck. Once there, we learned they didn't have one. U-Haul then tried to make it up to us by giving us an upgrade at a location 14 miles away. Once we arrived we learned the business had already given our upgrade away. We were able to get a truck, and waited over an hour for it. There were several dents and the view mirror was cracked. The U-Haul website would not allow me to upload the photos. We drove 14 miles out of our way back to where we needed which was counted against our mileage. Gas was filled back up where it needed to be yet I was charged for it. I dropped off the U-Haul hours later at a location and waited on the phone for an hour and a half before learning I couldn't drop it off there and needed to go somewhere else. Again, counting against my mileage. I doubt I'll use any U-Haul again. This was a nightmare.

Chris CI couldn't find the seat belt buckle for the passenger seat, but other than that it was all great!! I think it had just fallen down between the seat, I just couldn't find it to fix it.

Raymond LThe truck was clean and ran great. It did need some maintenance but all was fully explained to me when I rented it. It didn't effect the driving of the truck. The owners were friendly and helpful.
Kirk SMake it where it's easier to requested additional time with equipment. I couldn't get ahold of anyone with the phone number I was given to use to call to ask for more time. I was on hold for ever and when it did go through I didn't hear anyone on the other end and then the other time I was hung up on.
Luke BNone of the items requested were on the truck - dollies and furniture pads. Location was closed so I called 800# and he said nothing open nearby so all he could do was deduct from my bill. Upon returning the truck, I did remote as well and it asked if I agreed with charges. When I said no it said someone would reach out to me. Never heard from anyone and I receive an email with the summary of charges - nothing was removed. I was charged as if I had received the items requested
William HWhen I rented the truck the mileage was incorrect on the contract agreement. I took photos and now the renter at The Computer House location says there was a problem with the mileage when it was brought back. I drove the truck less than 5 miles since we decided not to move we ended up taking one load to storage within 5 miles. I even got more gas in the vehicle. I went to pick up my deposit of $100 and the owner was rude and when I posted a review telling our community he called to threaten me. He said if it wasn’t taken down within 20 minutes he would “sue” and said “ I am working on this with you UHAUL since it’s their mistake not mine, and if you don’t take it down you won’t get your deposit back because I’ll stop working on it”. I thought you should know because maybe he is renting the trucks out and doing this to everyone but keeping the funds for the truck used. Just “loaning” them out but nothing reporting it and someone could have an accident on you

PAULETTE RCar dolly signals did not work properly. Truck alignment was so bad it was a fight for 900 miles.
SAMUEL JI had to drive 25 miles out of my way to get the truck. The truck was not cleaned and low on gas. The engine sounded very rough and not well maintained. I was concerned if the truck would make the trip.
SHARON AThe agent had never done a Uhaul pick up before. I was there for an hour and a half.
CALLIE AThe check in process on the Uhaul website was horrendous. It took almost 40 minutes for me to check in the equipment when we were returning it. It was after hours and I attempted to use the link that was in the email. I could not find how to start the process. I was reading FAQs and searching the internet for how to do it. Finally got it in!
JOHN TGreat experience and the lady Laurie was great in explaining how everything worked. She was quick about getting me checked in and out. Amazing. Great experience and you all have a great employee.

Mark SI was charged a $25 cleaning fee even though I had cleaned the truck. I assume this is due to Covid so I haven’t filed a complaint, but an additional $25 charge should be discussed up front to avoid any surprises; especially if it’s going to be charged no matter what.
