The location didn’t have an appliance dolly in stock. If that can be more clear when reserving the U-Haul, it would cause a lot less stress. The man at the location told me to call a U-Haul location and ask for the dolly, and was not much help at all. He had Mike’s phone number so that should have been provided up front, instead I had to jump through hoops to find a resolution. The U-Haul rep, Mike was VERY helpful!!!
