Kristin TThe car carrier right tail lights were not functioning and the jack was extremely difficult to turn. They were aware of these issues. There was a cell tower problem and I didn't get the text to report problems until later that day. When I dropped off the vehicle I discovered that the paperwork was for a different truck with different mileage. The young people there were very polite but said that management said the broken light would "be alright".

Tommy WI believe the surge brakes on this trailer were not operating correctly. Possibly partially engaged for the last half of my trip. I've towed the same model trailer on several other occasions without issue. This time I experienced a recurring engine cooling issue. The truck has been given a clean bill of health by an auto shop. The cause is suspected to be the surge brakes on the trailer dragging or not fully releasing.

Mitch RThis was a worn out old trailer guy had to work on lights just to get me going and all the tag light nor the running lights didn't work. Had a blow out on trailer. After waiting 2 hours on interstate. I unloaded car and wife drove it last 50 miles. While I waited another couple hours for repair man. He had wrong tire for old trailer. So he took trailer from me. So I didn't get full use out of equipment wasn't happy with entire experience

The staff at this location has set the standard for how to operate a UHaul dealership and UHaul is a better company because of the staff at this location.
john pI was told a drop-off dealer couldn’t be located, & to call when I arrived to my destination. I was Put on hold forever, but the young lady was helpful in that I needed to do a survey when trailer was dropped off. Very bad & sad experience. Couldn’t find a number to call & I don’t want your app on my phone. Hope I don’t have to rent from Uhaul again!

MATTHEW BCan't think of anything to improve. Drop off was quick and convenient, and the U-haul app is quick and easy to use. A couple of pixs and answer a few questions and done.
MATTHEW BI reserved my truck via the internet. Within 10 minutes I received a confirmation text. However, the pickup location had changed, it was different than what I was told was good on the internet. I had to drive 30+ additional miles just to pick up the truck. Not good at all. I would not have reserved this vehicle if I hadn’t been told it was at the convenient location I had been shown. Poor business practice. All people I came in contact with were very polite and helpful
Edward CThe sales person informed me that someone had tried to steal the exhaust components from the truck. At that time I did not realize what shape the truck was in. The exhaust was extremely loud and deafening inside the cab. Because the exhaust had been cut the check engine light kept coming on. This vehicle should be taken out of service until properly fixed. The pick up and drop off location was fine but U-Haul should not be renting vehicles in that kind if shape.

CURTIS SDrop off was super easy. Backed the trailer into its parking space, unhitched, took a couple of pictures using their checkout app and we were done. Great place and service, didn't have to speak to anyone. Highly recommend U-haul, they made a difficult task very easy!

Matthew SYou need to quit screwing people out of there money. It's amazing that I only drove to the house I loaded from to the house I unloaded at and then took it straight to the drop off site and got charged with 42 extra miles because you damn people only gave me mileage from where I picked up at to my new address. Not considering that I have to go pick up my stuff nor did you consider that I have to return the vehicle. Just another to screw the people who keep you in business. I will not use uhaul ever again
James BThe Feed Sack gave us excellent product service and customer service. I can think of nothing to suggest how they could improve. The owner, Nathan Sentelle, is an excellent representative for UHaul.
Phyllis BPrevious customers packing blankets and foam we left in trailer. Service employee did not open the trailer doors for inspection prior to us leaving. The employee did not tighten the trailer ball coupling, nor check to be sure the lights were working properly. It took 1 hour to get the paperwork completed. I had called the day before to confirm availability and price. During the confirmation the price went up from what was indicated by my online reservation. We get to the store to pick up and the price went up again. After 3 phone calls and the hour wait U-Haul and I finally agreed on a price - the online price, plus tax. But what an ordeal!!!!!
