First, you moved my pick-up location from one I requested to one selected by you - it was several miles out of the way. Second, I was not told it was a remote location where I'd have to check in on the app. I could have done much of that in advance if I'd known. I had to do the check-in online and get on the phone with a Uhaul rep all while sitting in a parking lot by myself. The guy at the Fit Stop, a crossfit gym, was zero help. He just pointed me to the lockbox, which as 150 yards away. Third, the truck was not ready. The back end of the truck was dirty and there were NO moving covers (which I had ordered and which I DID pay for). Fourth, you moved my dropoff location an hour before I was taking it back to one that was twice as far away. Fifth, once again it was a remote drop location because I was five minutes after they closed so I had to do all the work, taking pics and mileage. And then at 8am the next morning the guy at that place calls me looking for the moving covers that YOU NEVER GAVE ME. What at horrible customer experience. You know what you don't need when you're moving? More headaches. And all you did was give me more headaches.

CHRISTOPHER FU-Haul itself needs to reconsider its methods, I was called 12hrs before my reservation (I made it month ago) and told id have to go to a location much further away. The truck didn’t have a ramp so the dolly’s I paid extra for couldn’t be used.
Kimberly SHad to wait almost 30 minutes for location’s worker to arrive as the key was not in the lock box. He had to check two other boxes before he was able to locate the key. Terrible experience.
Bobbie ANot very straightforward but was able to drop off eventually. Lot was big which helps with large truck drop off. A larger sign for drop off location would be helpful.
