Absolutely awful customer service. I get it, it's a gym - but coming over and rushing us to find our vehicle and then leaving immediately after, that was unprofessional. There was a U-Haul employee on site, I'm assuming checking the equipment and vehicles, but if they weren't there we would've had no one to ask about our dolly. I had questions that couldn't be answered since the U-Haul rep was not there to check us in and the Pit Stop employee left immediately. Awful experiences.

Was a weird drop off location with no one to help you.
Pam MI selected counter pickup and no one was there an hour before the store hours showed closing. The fitness place told me I would have to do it online and no one answered when calling. I had to contact support and wait 30mins before receiving a code for the lockbox. I also received no instructions on taking photos before.
