The truck was ready and the two people that assisted me were great.

The check-in process took 30 mins. Thankfully they extended our needed time of the truck by 30 mins. Also needing to have proof of employment was a little odd, not sure what that had to do with me needing a truck for 6 hours to haul stuff from one place to another. Never been asked that before. The experience was ehhh, okay. The lady was super nice though.
