When I first came to rent the truck the woman at the counter acted like it was such a big deal to have to type it in & do the transaction.She said she was soo busy , but yet no one in the store, no boxes around or anything. When she finally did rent it after having to call her manager, she leaned down on the counter to get information and I almost threw up, her breath was/is Horrible!! When I came back with the rental I waited about forty five minutes for her to get things punched in, to look at the truck and waiting on customers that came in during this time. She said it would be $11 more for the gas.Because it wasn't quite on what it was orginally. I agreed. Little did I know there is a $30 service fee to put gas in. She definitely did not mention that. She told me my receipt would eventually get to my email. Again Her Breath, it lingered in the air when she went out to check the truck! I just now received my receipt. $30, I did not know about nor would I have agreed to. I could've put the gas in right then and there.Since it is a gas station!.. All the other prices I am in agreement with. Now I'm wondering how many times was my credit card charged? Please send me info whether or not I was charged multiple times and how much? Will I be charged at service fee? Equipment and condition of the truck was great! Thank you

Shouldn’t have spent as much as I did I feel

Ed WThe check-in process took 30 mins. Thankfully they extended our needed time of the truck by 30 mins. Also needing to have proof of employment was a little odd, not sure what that had to do with me needing a truck for 6 hours to haul stuff from one place to another. Never been asked that before. The experience was ehhh, okay. The lady was super nice though.
