Where originally I reserved my dolly the day i was going to pick it up they gave it to someone else and send me to another location in Allenhurst after that they didn't attended me and send me to another location at Allenhurst and it happened the same and send me to Glennville after arriving in Glennville it took a bit but finally picked up a available dolly. This whole process took like 4 hours and my schedule was ruined, will appreciate if i get a refund back because this is not a way to run a business if I reserved something why give it to someone.David R.

What you could do is actually listen to your customer. Instead of looking at the physical contract we had in our hands which showed we were given 5 extra days on our contract you said it'll work itself out and drained all the money we had in our bank account for late charges we didn't actually acquire. Due to it being the beginning of the weekend our bank wasn't open to fix any errors on your part. So here we are in a new place far from friends or family and our bank is overdrawn due to you and no way to get it fixed until they open again. So, thank you. We are lucky to have everything we need for our 4 young children, and not completely up shit creek due to your lack of customer service.Rob B.

Make sure the people that are renting your trucks are actually open when they are supposed to be.Daniel L.
when a customer makes a reservation at a specific place have the equipment at that place, do not change locations, then at the new location not change locations on the day the customer is supposed to pick up the equipment to a location 30 minutes away from where the customer reserved the equipment and where he needed the equipment.Gerard H.

I used the zip code for my area to do a local move. The location that was given was in a neighboring town. The actual move was only 10 miles or so, but I got charged extra for miles because of the distance between the pickup location and the place of the move. Very annoying to say the least. Will think twice before using Uhaul next time.Tab M.

I did not make my reservation for this location. I made my reservation in Statesboro and they gave away my Uhaul to someone else I guess, so I had to drive 45 minutes away to Glennville to get it. The staff in Glennville were so nice, but I was aggravated that Statesboro didn't keep my reservation.Taylor S.
