I dropped off the trailer to Aubuchon like the woman that I rented it from said any Uhaul dealer. I actually went inside to tell them and I didn’t have to and she said that I couldn’t drop off at this location and she said that I would be charged additional fees for dropping the trailer off there. She was very rude.

When trying to return the equipment through the app it states that you aren't in the right location because of this and makes returns very frustrating and difficult

I was advised by the new location that they’re closed on Sundays, which was my pick up day for a reason, so I had to pick it up Saturday and return it back Sunday. He advised me to just drop the key off in the box and then I was charged an extra $20 for doing as I was told. Very terrible experience. And uhaul customer service still hasn’t done anything to make this right

Zach DNothing against this location - uhaul made an error and put me as returning the trailer at the wrong place. After two phone calls, the chat, and too much time on hold it was finally resolved. I was hung up on by one associate. As a whole, I would struggle to recommend uhaul to others because of issues like this……
Sadie GA bit frustrated as I drove less than 40 miles and put in 3 gallons of fuel. Checked the gauge and it aligned with my paperwork. When I got my invoice was charged for 4 gallons of fuel. I disagree with this charge

TAMARA WOffice a shed filled with cigarette smoke. I was refused service and told to go to another location to return my trailer. At the other location, I was told there would be a fee and that I could return the trailer on my own. After I returned the trailer, I was called by the franchisee David and scolded for having returned the trailer at their location.
William NThe truck had no ac. The fumes and the heat from the engine was blowing up into the cab. This truck needs so work, but it got me here.

The problem I have is that we scheduled for a different location and the rep called me at 10am to inform me we would have to go to this location which cost us 40 miles at 79 cents each and the difference in gas. I asked if they could help with that and they told that there was nothing I haul good do to help with that cost. So because of this I will consider other companies in the future
