Location was changed the day before without warning. Customer service assured the location would be the same as when I reserved despite pick up location and truck size changing. Got home with the truck and got the text and email of the drop off location. Customer service couldnt do anything, ended up dropping off an extra 30 minutes away. Drop off area was very small for a 26 ft truck
