The truck passenger side mirror was so loose that I ha e to stop every 5 min to fix it then truck was shaking alot
AMARKUMAR PCustomer service stinks. Thw guythat first helped us wasn’t bad. He installed the trailer hitch to our vehicle When we returned the trailer(day use) they were very abrupt. Told my husband to “just go park it where you took it from”. No help especially with taking off the hitch. My husband is 83yo and could have used the help getting the hitch off our vehicle . It was VERY heavy and difficult to get off. Husband asked for a receipt. Was told they would email. Husband asked how can you do that since you NEVER asked for our email during rental for the day! Very poor communication and customer service Also, we had rain on our return - when we unloaded the items at our home we noticed a couple of items were damp. Suggests a leak somwhere.
ARTHUR LThere was no one there to help with the checkout. The app to check out the truck was terrible. It took me twenty minutes to get to the point where I could get into the lockbox to pick up the key. I spent another 10 minutes trying to complete the checkout. I finally gave up and just drove off. The truck itself was great. The dropoff of the truck was excellent. I just handed in the key. It took about 5 seconds. I didn't have to deal with the app.

KEVIN RThe only down side is the time they open in the morning. I needed to pick up by 8:00am to reach my destination by 9:30am. They don’t open till 10:00am. I had to pick up the night before so I could reach my destination on time the day I actually needed the trailer. .
Scott GVery helpful and courteous, assisted with hooking up trailer and made renting from them very simple. Would have no issues going back to them to rent equipment.

ALEXANDER MI received late charges, even though the Trailer was dropped off a day early. There was nobody present at the drop off location to assist with anything, had to get on the phone with a U-Haul Rep to get further instructions. The drop off location was in an overgrown, Muddy Field where we almost got stuck in the Mud. I was on the phone with U-Haul Reps and Customer Service multiple times (I believe 7) for a simple 3-day rental. GIVE ME THE OLD U-HAUL!! I HAVE RENTED MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE PAST AS I MOVED AROUND A LOT FOR WORK AND ALWAYS RECEIVED GREAT SERVICE!! IT APPEARS YOUR ATTEMPT TO STEAMLINE AND RELY ON ELECTRONIC SCHEDULING AND SERVICE HAS COMPLETELY MISSED THE BOAT!!! BRING BACK THE OLD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!! YOU MIGHT JUST FIND THAT YOU WILL BRING LONG TERM CUSTOMERS LIKE ME BACK!! For this experience has really turned me to other vendors!!

Bill PThe staff was extremely friendly, the equipment was well maintained but it wasn’t clean. The front seat had dog hair all over and the back of the truck was not swept out or cleaned. The moving blankets had son mud on them and they were filled with debris. They needed washing…

ERNEST FLocation was changed to this location at the last minuite. I dropped off at location before my contract ending time. Location was unattended. When location opened checking in vehicles (truck anad trailed), they charged me off hour check in, extra day, wrong location and fuel charge. Call the location and the guy said he doesn't know anything. Fortunitly I've rented so many Uhauls I know that I can call corporate and are very helpful. Turns out it was not a corp store therefor they had to get the region mgr involved. Once he did, all extra chanrges were refunded and I didn;t have any additional charges. This was the first time I had any issues with Uhaul despite renting numerous time. It was just a hassle and time waste to eventually have the issue resolved.

MARK HThe online app that ypu have to use for this location was difficult to use. After almost an hour it finally gave a contact number and I had to talk to a phone agent to complete rental.
Thomas FOn-line, I reserved a trailer, appliance hand truck and 12 blankets. When I arrived at the rental location for pickup, I was told that they never have blankets and hardly ever have the hand truck. So I was left without these items at the last minute which greatly complicated my move. If these items are not available at the place of rental, it should tell you that when you make the reservation. Very disappointed.

David DOpening the outside lock for keys gave two of us a very difficult time. Very awkward. The process for returning could have been explained better by U-Haul emails. THE GUN SHOP employees provided much-needed and EXCELLENT assistance on both aforementioned difficulties.

BETTY BWas suppose to drop off the trailer in Fruitland park and of course U-Haul changes things last minute of people. Was not informed it was a self drop off which I turned in 2 days early and anyone could pull up and steal these trailers while under contract

CHESTER WI needed the van a little bit longer than I anticipated. It was very simple to add an extra day to my schedule. Everything went very easily and I appreciate using the U-Haul for my move, moving is something that is never any fun and normally stressful this location made it simple and easy. Thank You!!!

KIMBERLY MThis rating is due to I was made to drop off at a location 15 miles away when there were many u haul places close to my new home. U haul has customer be the shuttle service for their trailers, and I was all but told that when I picked up in Maine. I dropped off before they opened here and it was just a grassy field.
BRADFORD WRepresentative should identify who they are when approaching customer on the lot.While completing drop off using the phone app a car pulled up at a high rate and a man approached as I was getting out. He asked if I was checking in on the app. I said yes. He said to give him the keys when I was done, never identifying who he was and imprinting his concealed carry. He seemed agitated that he was waiting for me to come in and that he never sees anyone use the app with success during business hours. Got even more agitated when I decided to put the key in the lock box because I didn’t really know if he came from the gun shop where the rentals are handled. On the phone setting up the rental A+ On the return not so much! All that said I would still recommend this location. Use the app its great. Contactless is the wave of the future, right?
