There was no one. This was a self check-in stop. I had to use the app and submit photos of the truck inside and out. It took a bit longer than turning a truck in with a person but ultimately worked ok.

Did the reservation in person at this location. Everything was great with that. Great individuals to work with. Tried to do the reservation online, but that was not very user-friendly. Which is why I did everything face-to-face.
