Customer service guy was GREAT!!
Said I went over the mileage by 76 miles and charged me an extra 36. I didn't travel that far. Staff wasn't friendly. I was not impressed

I was very impressed and the equipment was literally brand-new! I will definitely use Uhaul again at the Hitching Post for my moving needs.
From online check in to returning the trailer was an exceptional experience. Vastly improved customer service over 10 years ago and the equipment was first rate.
We were an hour late picking up our van and were told that we could have lost our reservation. Our assumption was that we had paid for the van from 10-2 and thus could pick up late if needed. Forfeiting a reservation should be more clearly communicated in the initial rental process.
Very economical , the equipment is excellent condition . I choose them for all my moving needs and would recommend to anyone.
lady at front desk was very rude. was condescending right upon entering, yelled at us because we didn't realize there was already a person waiting and there were only allowed 2 in the store, did not politely ask to leave- instead yelled. Also, was very rude for no appearant reason regarding the truck I returned, interrupting me as I spoke to answer her question, and instead forcefully restated her question without listening to me. Overall, poor experience with this location. I was only in there for 3 minutes and I know I will not be going back for this reason exactly. It's not acceptable to be rude to customers who were not rude to her at all... Hope that gets better.

The main driveway to the facilities was being resurfaced, with no signage, so you had to figure out for yourself where to get around that driveway and park the Truck. Busy site with lots of UHaul equipment. After that - no problem.
This was a great experience. I will definitely be using this location again.
The return process was horrible. What a nightmare. More than 1 hr trying to log in, system could not find contract number or user account, called on hold 3 times over 20 min each, nobody ever did answer the calls.

She didn't seem to be very thrilled about being at work. She was kind of rude when I went back in and asked a question.
Everything was great until actual check-in and check-out. Representative was, to be kind, cranky. I felt like she didn't want to be there and I was inconveniencing her. Van was ok but paper trash from someone's sandwich and dusty footprints in back as well as horribly bug splattered windshield. In this covid-19 world we live in it makes wonder if it was wiped down. Returned van in cleaner condition than received. This is why I put no for equipment clean and with how I was treated not sure I would recommend or even use this site again. (Worst personal service I have experienced with U-haul)

The person checking out customers could be a bit more communicative and patient. She seemed annoyed to answer questions and deal with me.

employee needs an adtitued adjustment tried to tell him what was wrong with the truck so the next person would know and he said its not my truck and did not care what I had to say

Location was very easy to access. Customer service was good.
The lady at the desk was not very friendly and was very slow at her job.
I rented a truck, didn't end up actually using it other than driving from 1 location to another, a total of 15 miles, and returned it. Got a call telling me I didn't clean out the back. I never even opened the back door. Not ok to be expected to cleanup someone else's mess. I picked it up that way, why is it ok Ford a customer to pick up a dirty truck?

I have rented several Uhaul trucks over the last few years to move my kids to college and back. This was the first time I was asked to upload my driver's license upon arrival (not sure why I wasn't asked to do it before that morning.) Not sure if this is new or what.
Impressed with their knowledge of the implemented technology. Not too bad at all compared to the past paperwork. Would recommend.
The woman at front office was unfriendly. She acted as though it was a bother to be courteous and helpful to customers. The on-line (smart phone) process required at pick and return was time consuming and a hassle. The men who help hook up the trailer were friendly and competent.
The after hours return app is too long. All the required pictures are a real pain when you are standing in the dark in a freezing rain.
This office was closed at 11:15 am Saturday morning so I put keys and paperwork in drop box by frount door, just to the right of the door! If you have any questions you may contact me!
