They didn't have a smaller trailer so i had to rent a larger trailer. (My fault. I should have reserved earlier. ) The guy i worked with put down two days so I would not have to worry about the extra day. He told me if I only used it one day I wouldn't be charged for the second day. This is the first time I've had this offered to me. I used the trailer one day but was charged for two. Not pleased... Usually it has been easy dealing with the uhaul app. This time was difficult. I don't know if the app changed or something changed at uhaul's end, but it is not easy or convenient.

DAVID CVery rude at the back desk, had to wait almost 10 minutes for any help. I felt like a inconvenience during the entire conversation.
Zachary CWe had a flat tire on the freeway in Canada. It cost us nothing in cash, but 3 hours of our full day. When the man came to give us a new tire, he saw that the rim/wheel was damaged, and someone tried to fix it, but it just caused the new tire to get ruined more quickly, because it was so damaged, in the holes, that it made the actual tire wiggle while we drove it. We had to wait even longer for a company to bring out the new rim. The tire company was wonderful. However, U HAUL shouldn’t have sent out that car hauler with that issue. Instead of getting to our destination at 9:30 pm, we got there at 1:45 am. Unfortunately, we hit a night time construction crew on the freeway in Massachusetts, that we would have missed if we hadn’t experienced a flat tire.
