The young woman that helped us here was very friendly and very efficient. She was helping another customer when I arrived but greeted me with a smile. She took care of my rental drop off quickly and professionally and sent the final paperwork to my email right away.

We rented a 10 foot to move my daughter n her boyfriend back home. The lady of Horse Shack was very nice great customer service. As was the gentleman at Marshall's Storage in Olney where we returned it. Uhaul reserve was very easy online. Transaction went very smoothly. Will use again if ever needed.

I toll the lady that it was going to be 143 mile she put down 119 mile. Before I went to get the truck I drive the route I had to take. So I would know how min mile I would have to drive. I took this sign back in and ask dose this stay in the truck she said yes. It was in my way. Whe I rent a truck I don't need suff in the front with me or stuff that in the truck.
