logan BWe got to the drop off and there was no human contact service whatsoever. I parked the truck behind other U-hauls, cleaned out the truck and put the keys in the key box. they called me saying where is the truck? They didn't even look in the key drop box. She said "OH" and hung up on me. They sent me and email charging me $30.00 in late fees. Treating customers like this, they should be put out of business!

DANIEL RThe entrance gate was locked upon arrival. Somebody showed up and helped me and so it was ok in the end. The digital experience for the return needs some work. I wasn’t able to upload pictures and had to return to the truck a few times to get all of the required pictures as it wasn’t communicated all that I would need. A minor inconvenience. Otherwise, it was all good.

ANN LI had such a great experience getting help with returning my 15' truck and getting dollys for moving things into storage. She was very helpful and knowledgable and offered assistance that made a stressful move easier. It's a convenient location, right next to the West Broad St exit and entrance to I-95.

In fact, the person who I saw when I went into the location, Kenneth, was such a positive, pleasant young man that he made me feel better about my crazy situation and made my day. Also, the trailer location in Stratford was put together at the last minute, and I was amazed at how they were able to give me what I needed with no advance notice. Haven’t ready, put it on there for me and also to be able to return it when I got to my location rather than having to return it to the original location that made all the difference in the world. Thank you.
GAYE G(comment for uhaul, not location specific) A number of times when I've attempted to use the website or the ap to check in, it allows me to submit my photo, phot of ID, etc, but then gets stuck loading the next screen (note, I had working internet and all permissions were granted on my smart phone for location, etc). While waiting for the next screen to load, I was unclear on the instructions for what to do next. Wait by the vehicle? Go to the desk? Sometimes the ap will unlock the car, other times the keys are kept in the office... It would be helpful to have some way of knowing in advance what the protocols are so that less time is wasted during pick-up drop off. Basically, if the website / ap worked better and/or instructions were brought more to the forefront per location the customer experience would be better.

Charly JThe woman who assisted me was very helpful. A van which I had reserved had not been returned by someone in time for me to take it, and I was given a 10' truck for the same price as the van. I suggest that she receive a huge raise and 6 weeks paid vacation.

ury sBetter than the rest. I’ve rented trucks, vans, equipment from more than a few different U-Haul locations. The Hudson Paper location in Stratford beats them all in all ways. Dependable equipment, clean maintained vehicles. I sometimes pick up my vehicle using their app but mostly I get to see the proprietor who makes the transaction friendly and professional. I’ve never had a problem. I recommend them. A few steps above the others.

Kristen HRented a 15 ft truck. It had a message on screen as I started truck that said 38 miles to low gas. When I returned truck I was charged a gas surplus and for gas. I had placed 4.5 gallons of gas prior to return which was way more than was there when I took the truck. Truck was not cleaned out prior to rental, and truck struggled to shift gears. Bad experience at this location. Not so at other U-Haul location near me.

Todd MThe APP is horrible. Definety needs to be streamlined and upgraded for ease of use. Biggest issue is when returning the truck; It is like "pulling teeth "to get through to the end. Imagine finishing a big move, tired and all.. and then you have to wait for this silly app to complete the drop off? Please advise and fix freezing bugs.
