Bob cThis location needs to have personnel examined. I had the worst experience possible due to the inability for the people who work there to complete the simplest task. It took me two hours to get the truck and auto transport that I reserved weeks in advance. The person kept forgetting what they were doing. Took a 20 min personal phone call in the middle of looking for my keys. The person couldn’t remember what we were doing from the desk to the door without forgetting that he was helping me. I told him 9 times that I was going to Stratford CT and had me going to Hartford CT. When I brought it up he said it’ll be alright. The U-Haul in Stratford would fix it. When arriving the very helpful people in Stratford said they couldn’t do that. The Lebanon NH location has a serious personnel issue. This has to be addressed because this is the worst customer service I have ever had.
dustin lLocating the facility and understanding where to return the trailer was not intuitive, but the staff was very helpful and got us where we needed to be.
