The vehicle smelled horribly, there was cat hair all over the seats and it was filthy. I was doing a 15mins drive to pick up something and this was the closest location that had a van available but in order to stomach the drive I had to bring Lysol wipes in the vehicle and wipe down the steering wheel. When I returned home I felt so grossed out that I could stomach to wear my clothes in my house. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.
KRYSTAL DNo gas less then a quarter tank on empty and mileage of by one cost me extra and I had to put 20 dollars of gas then you charged me 14 dollars and 8 for rental 39 extra
SANTO FTrucks should be more workable. My truck had a cargo door with issues

VINOD BI had a pick up time or 8:30 but due the the utility dolly not being assigned to my reservation, I was unable to pick up the U-Haul until 10, when the location opened. I was informed that this was a system error and my reservation wasn't assigned to a lockbox however I don't believe that was true because the dolly was not in the truck to begin with. There was no way for me to contact anyone from the location, I called the customer service number on the app (to which I was put on hold, someone heard my concern, then put me on hold again for another 15+ minutes). I had to drive to an actual U-Haul location in order for them to give me a proper contact number only for them to tell me that I had to wait until 10am for the location to open. This delayed my move by nearly 2-2.5 hours and made things inconvenient for myself and those helping me move.

Francis PWhy don't your company simply give customers a flat rate that includes everything, so they know what to expect. It's better than lying to them about $19.99 rental fee. Most people will accept the truth instead of a lie- I ended up paying as if I was renting a car from a car rental. Additionally, I had my ez-pass but your company charges me $25.00 toll fee?
Jose VI moved into Bed-Stuy NYC and the closest drop off location was in Queens which is quite far away from where I live. I wish there was some place closer.

Jose GI returned the van early but the company charged me for extra day of rental fees. Never going back there again or using a u-haul as a matter of fact. Disgraceful and cheating people out of money. Going with another rental company. U-haul will no longer have my business.

Walter GThe staff was friendly. However, the location of the vehicle for parking purposes wasn’t clearly explained. It was very vague. The staff claimed they gave me clear instructions however they didn’t. I spent 30 mins driving around looking for a parking space. The self checkin process was confusing and extremely vague.

Richard DOk the Problem i Have is UHaul take what's owed to them but they do not return the money ASAP on people's cards it's not fair that you have to wait a week to get your money back people have things to do I didn't make you all the way to give you your money so it shouldn't take us a week to return mines
