The uhaul i was supposed to pick up was nowhere to be found. Had to do too many prompts to talk to someone who had to keep giving me different codes for key locks & they were all wrong the 1st round, finally got into them when she gave a new set of codes. The previous driver needs to send exact location of uhaul, it took almost an hour to obtain help and retrieve a uhaul (not the original one I booked). Unbelievably ridiculous & unnecessary. Someone should be there for every pick up/drop off. Never using this location again, I don't care that its convenient. Oh and in my pick up instructions, not ONE thing gave me a code to obtain my key. Absolutely stupid system. Do better.
