The pick up location was filthy. There were dirty dishes everywhere , flies buzzing around, dirty ashtrays, and it smelled. The place was cluttered and full of junk. The exterior of the building appeared to be a burned out apartment with the windows boarded up. I would not recommend this location to anyone. U-Haul should seriously consider an on site visit to this location. The only thing I can recommend to improve the experience for the next customer is to find. Different location.

Office was dirty, had a foul smell, had fly traps hanging from the ceiling. Employee/owner was unfamiliar with the system. Process was much slower than other locations (centers). Had to call when bringing trailer back. Gave plenty of notice, but still had to wait for employee/owner to get to location to complete my return. Ended up having to complete my return for the owner/employee using my phone while he was on the phone for a different job/business. I was given access to return my rental which gave me access to all rentals from that day. Very unprofessional experience and will not return.
Jacob CIf you're arriving at night to drop off, its a little scratchy. Needs more lighting and to be cleaner.
