The floor of the inside of the truck was dirty but I had already cleaned it when online verification asked for a picture. Also had reserved the smaller truck but due to truck issue ended up with bigger truck at same upfront cost but had to pay more in gas due to bigger truck.

This was our second time renting a trailer from Stana at the Lil Red Shed. She is wonderful to work with and the trailer worked perfectly for our hauling needs.

App would not work. Every time I had to contact support, the process restarted after going back to the main screen. Then chat said to go online to check in after multiple app issues. It took over an hour to pick up the truck in the rain. After the check in process it took several minutes waiting for the approval. When I finally did get the lock box code I had to walk in waist deep wet weeds along the ditch of a State Highway to get to the lock box. The inside of the windshield had a smeared oily substance on it and there was an empty bag of Cheetos in the cab. Save yourself aggravation and pick up a Uhaul at a professionally staffed location. This location has no onsite staffing and the number listed on a sign went to voicemail.
