GAURAV GInitially tied to get a 20 foot truck from bonduell location- called the night before and this location hd 2 on the lot Asked about reserving on and was told "not necessary will have one for you". Arrived at 8am next morning, no 20 ft truck available. Took smaller truck thinking maybe could work but didn't check size. Not big enough. Very disappointed in this location, would not recommend to anyone. Called little red shed, representative there was great, helped with turn in of smaller truck and got a 26 foot from that location. Representative was able to clean up my u-haul account from all of my searches in the area looking for a different truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility!
