The location was so far from my town 40 minutes drive and they don't answer any phone call and no customer service it all up make go twice on the week and no help So I still drop my triller off. And I have some pics as proofAhmed M.

Business was closed at 11:45 am when I dropped the vehicle off. Checked back in on 13.37 pm . Overcharged on the rental. Charged an additional $217.26. I should have gotten a refund for 28.3 miles.Deborah H.

I had to go a extra 90 mile out the way to get a truck. My first reservation we got there 30 min before time and the dude was close the close was to close at 1 4pm we made there at 12 .We call to get him to open the store so we could go he refuse . So we had to call and made another reservation with was extra 50 out my way . Plus the uhaul person I call didn't try to solve the problem just sent me to another place. There was no customer satisfaction. I end up leaving late and had to call in to work because I had to load the truck and leave left to get back homecarlos W.

didn't have any contact with any personnel - the phone # listed is not a working #. found a # posted on the door of the building, called and was told to just leave equipment in front of building with the other u-haul equipment. very unprofessional. i took pix showing drop off situation.Susan W.

The Location where I picked / dropped off was great. Owner was very helpful. The overall experience was not so good. I reserved a trailer multiple days in advance and I was not contacted by the original location to confirm the pickup time and location. I had to call them only to find out that the trailer that was scheduled to arrive at their location was rerouted to a busier market. Just so happens hat it's the market that I live in but specifically avoided due to scarcity of equipment. Had to drive an additional 30 minutes (total 1 hour) out of the way to pick up and drop off. The personnel that I dealt with was friendly and they have promised to give me the $50 as part of the guarantee program. Overall satisfied and will rent again but need work on keeping trailers for those who have a reservation. Thanks!David A.

The equipment was of no use for us, and was returned to the same location , same evening. Unfortunately was not safe for moving the auto. Too low to the ground from the moment we left the Uhaul location, but we hoped once the car will be on it would balance. Unfortunately it did not. Almost a week now, I am calling Uhaul head office and the location where we returned the equipment and no resolution was provided, or credit.ioana C.
