The Lambert pickup location was an hour from where I reserved the trailer. The location was boarded-up and abandoned looking. No one was there to take care of the equipment or help with the hookup. Phone calls were unanswered. We had to call the Oxford number to complete the pickup. I reserved a trailer at the Oxford location a month in advance to avoid this kind of problem. This added two hours to an already long trip and a major inconvenience.
