The people seem to be very friendly at the love club. I was supposed to receive a dolly that they did not have at the Love Club. This is a review about my pickup experience in Phoenix... I confirmed weeks ago in person that I would pickup all the equipment at the Northern and Cotton location, which is 2 minutes from my house. I was told the day before that I would have to go to a location 25 minutes from my house. I then had to go another 20 miles to Avondale to pu the car transporter. The person who had it rented didn't show up and so the U-Haul representative located another which he went and retrieved for us. He also had a dolly. He was awesome!
