I had an incredible experience renting from this U-Haul location. The staff at The Lunchroom went above and beyond, but I especially want to highlight the individual who helped us—they were kind, professional, and truly made the process smooth and stress-free. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us warmly and took the time to make sure we understood everything about the rental. They answered all of our questions with patience and a smile. The truck was clean, ready to go, and the entire check-in and return process was fast and efficient. It's rare to get service this personal and friendly these days, and I just want to say thank you to the team—especially the amazing person who helped us—for making our moving experience so much easier. Highly recommend this location. We'll definitely be back the next time we need a rental!

Make sure ones goes there. The clerk had to correct all of the scheduling clerk mistakes staring with my last name. But he was friendly, professional, knew what he was doing, and very nice he just apologize for taking so long about correcting the mistakes. I give him 10 stars great job

Preface that the pick up location was changed at the last minute due to unavailability of rental. The proprietor was unaware of the change. Due to no fault of the pick up location, they did not have the moving blankets or hand truck that we reserved. They opened late which resulted in the movers we hired sitting and waiting for 45 minutes. We had to add an additional hour to the movers schedule, costing an additional charge. We had to go to another U-Haul location for blankets, resulting in additional lost time. Very poor experience.

Aquí puedo desir que no me dieron toda la información coreará el muchacho q atendió me digo q podía entregar el equipo en cualquier otro lugar sin costó alguno si Ami me viera dicho ai un monto yo no lo dego en el lugar otro me pasó Ami le puede pasar a cualquier otra persona el no me digo nada no explico y la verdad solo digo 49 por 24 horas no fue buena experiencia
