The staff at The Lunchroom went above and beyond, but I especially want to highlight the individual who helped us—they were kind, professional, and truly made the process smooth and stress-free. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us warmly and took the time to make sure we understood everything about the rental. They answered all of our questions with patience and a smile. The truck was clean, ready to go, and the entire check-in and return process was fast and efficient. It's rare to get service this personal and friendly these days, and I just want to say thank you to the team—especially the amazing person who helped us—for making our moving experience so much easier. Highly recommend this location. We'll definitely be back the next time we need a rental!
