I was told that my issue would be resolved with a full refund or a rescheduled date to use the uhaul yet I didn't receive either (only received a partial refund). The customer service took way too long only to get absolutely no where. After multiple contacts I simply gave up. I definitely would avoid purchasing from uhaul ever again. I don't mind the partial refund but I hate that they lied and said I would get a full refund or get to reschedule my uhaul.Nicole A.
Scheduling of rentals . I booked a van for under $100 with 100 miles only to arrive and be told we don't have that and that next size up that we have is a 15' and that was a 50% Increase on the original price . No offer of a discount only a sorry this is all we have basically a take it or leave it .camron V.

Clean the equipment truck was very dirty had coffee stains all over the steering wheel very sticky. The floor was dirty with sand and candy wrappers. Truck was not clean.Gilberto R.

My only complaint is that I ordered a moving dolly and was told that it was in the truck. I had left and driven to my destination and found that they had forgotten to include the dolly and had to drive back to retrieve it. I asked to get a discount on the mileage and gas because it was over 10 miles at my expense, but was told that they apologized and took the blame for not providing the equipment, I would still be responsible for the expense. I would have hoped they would have at least covered the milage seeing it was their fault.Kevin M.

When we got to the store the line was out the door. There were two cashiers and the only proactive cashier was a female. There were other uhaul staff walking around in a unlimited trickshot. Our requested truck was not available even though we had reservations. We had to drive 50 miles out of our way to get our truck. The mileage was not adjusted to our favor as we had to go in the opposite direction to get our truck.Michael H.

I received the truck in a deplorable condication. A strong smell of marijuana, the seats were dirty, and yet was placed in my paperwork a mileage almost 100 miles more than I was delivered the car. Pessima experience, and I hope i don't need vehicles from this Uhal unit againSaulo B.

First two trailers did not have working brake lights/turn signals. Had to rent an enclosed trailer which was supposed to be cheaper. Did not order or take a 2-wheeler but was charged for the trailer that did not have working lights and was charged for a 2-wheeler. Would like to see this corrected and receive a new receiptbrian B.

Maintain the trucks better. The truck I used was out of alignment and I had to fight to stay on the road for over a 1000 miles. Not good! And it drank gas like it was dyeing of thirstMICHAEL C.

My contract gave me a different location than the app - which I needed to use for the after-hours drop off. The drop off location was strange in that I parked the truck in one lot and had to find the small store front where i could drop the key. Very hard process compared to after-hours rental car returns which i do often.Steven M.
