Nothing, everything was good. Truck was clean and ran well. Location was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The lady told me everything except what I needed to know ow for return when I picked up. Completely ignored the fact that I already went through the self check in part. Repeated everything I had just went through but said nothing about the return process. Lead to an extra $70 in charges in the end.

Was forced to add their extra insurance at last minute. Person at pickup counter told me she didn't know how to upload my insurance information so I had to pay for their insurance if I wanted the van. I was on a deadline so I had to pay. Criminal. Probably won't ever use uhaul again

The customer service at this location was really good compared to all the others that were near by. The other locations always make up their own rules about minimum miles that we can estimate and one even mentioned that it would cost me more on the base rate if I didn’t have a reservation. But this location I had no issues with besides the fact that the trucks there were not very well maintained. The gear shit wouldn’t let me go in reverse. It kept giving me issues. The truck was just the worst I felt like I could break down ANY MINUTE during my move. Other than that the wonderful and beautiful elderly later at this location was VERY kind. She reminded me of my own grandmother. Nice, gentle, and good at heart.

The employees of The Mail Box Store of New Castle were very kind and helpful. The store has a lot to offer than just mailing needs. U Hauls were readily available, and they were clean and taken care of. I will definitely return to this location as a customer and will recommend this store to anyone in the area that needs mailing needs, U Haul, notary, etc.

My only complaint is having to pick up the van from another location that was further than the location I had reserved. Vehicles should be available where the reservation was made

The van I rented was dirty inside; while certainly useable, it should have been vacuumed. As for the rental location, it was clean and accessible; however, when I arrived and retrieved the key, there was an instruction sheet in addition to the key that warned that if you left a vehicle in the parking lot overnight it would be towed. While this did not affect my rental, if someone were to schedule a rental that spans a day or two this could present a problem. At the very least there should be a clear warning on the Uhaul site when making the reservation.

I would have given it 5 stars but the initial contact with the lady who seemed to be in charge made me a bit frustrated. I was confused with my reservation which I'm sure isn't an uncommon occurrence in this job. I had already had a day and my brain wasn't blasting on all cylinders so I apologize. She mentioned to me that "to start it says you're late". I knew I was late. And I was only 15 minutes late (I'm paying for the time, am I right?) So why does she care? I had the van back hours early and the two gentlemen that were on there were very polite. I enjoyed your spot, location, quality of the vehicle and I will be back but maybe lose the tude?

Make sure uhaul tells customers they can't leave their car in the parking lot overnight. My car was towed and it cost me 300 to get it back. The only visible warning was a 4 inch by 5 inch note on the night key drop box which no one would see until you brought the truck back. My car was towed at 12:05 a.m. so if you brought the truck back at 1 or 2 or 5 in the morning their car would already be gone.

Uhaul can allow unlimited mileage for their vehicles. I think it's enough money that the customer pays just for the gas but unlimited mileage would be great. I would've rented a vehicle and driven it myself if I could've received unlimited mileage. I guess that was a thing of 5he past that like most pasttimes have disappeared. Thanks for the truck usage and I appreciate Uhaul.
