The employees at this facility were friendly and helpful; however, they did not inspect the vehicle prior to me departing and we attempting to inspect it as I was preparing to drive the Uhaul away. I thought this was unprofessional and unsafe.Rory K.

The Mail Vault was closed, the web site was not easy to navigate thru once and finally in it worked well with my I phone 8 , my wife's I phone 11 would not download for the photos that were nessarsary to complete the process, also I dropped the truck off on Saturday there was no phone # to reach anyone for assistance also there was no way to lock the box of the truck which has the 3 dozen furniture pads and dolly inside, I understand it being a holiday weekend but not to have an emergency assistance # or a way to lock the box is a poor way to run a highly respected business.James M.

Thanks to the nice lady that checked me in. She had to attempt the input of data regarding my return like three times before she could get the web to accept it. She did not complain but I wonder why an employee has to use their personal cellphone to input job-related data. P.S: I returned the truck with a full tank.Louis K.
The online check in was too challenging and I gave up and went inside to do the check in. I am so glad I did! The woman inside made my experience a ton better than it would have been with an online check in. She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She made my experience an 8/10 and I wish I would have skipped the online check in altogether. Probably would have been a 10/10 at that point!! Great people make a company great.MELANIE R.

First of all they say not to use a prepaid card which I did not and it still charged me $209 which is money I needed for the move I waited an hour and a half after I had signed for my rental my movers were coming from Columbus to help me move and waisted my time as well as there's to get the problem resolved which it did not I will never go here againTanika B.

The man that I spoke to on the phone at this location was immediately SO rude for no apparent reason! Our original pick up location was different, but because someone was late returning their truck, we had to drive 40 minutes to Mail Vault for it. He tried arguing with me about this and I'm not even sure why? We, the customers, were the ones who had to drive 40 minutes ONE WAY for our truck on our MOVING DAY! He called me when we were on our way JUST to argue about our reservation. He also did the same to the very nice lady at the U-Haul our truck was originally suppose to be at, and hung up on her. I will never return to this location for anything. We were supposed to have a discount applied at our drop off, and it wasn't.Miles P.

I rented a car dolly. Used it, and returned it after hours, just a few hours after I rented it. I got a call today from the guy at the rental place claiming that I never returned the trailer. He kept saying he couldn't find anything on his cameras about me returning it. I obviously returned the trailer, so I hung up on him and have not heard back. Renting from Uhaul was so quick and easy! The van was perfect size for what I needed and I got the job done quickly. I rented the van to pick up flooring and plywood. Great price, cheaper than having it delivered and didn't have to wait longer to have it delivered. I also added the insurance plan which was still cheaper than store delivery! Would do it again and would recommend to someone who doesn't have access to a truck.Leah O.

The vehicle didn't have a full tank, I checked and thought the gauge was indicating a full tank, but when I filled it the first time, for sure it was 1/8 low. Also it came with a lock on the back and the little key with truck was suppose to operate the lock, but it didn'tDan M.

Was not the dealer we made the reservation with, I am the customer and should be able to select where I shop!!! Mail Vault is slower than slow, traffic in that area is horrid. If I can't choose where I pick up my truck then wontbua Uhaul. Ran into an emergency, called customer service was hung up on twice, third time I called was told they would call back with roadside assistance information in 15 minutes, called back 39 minutes later, she said she was still trying to reach someone at customer service. Way too many issues with renting this equipment. Perhaps it was all the rain. It took 2 days to complete charges. They had to keep requesting my credit card information. Plus I was over charged. Changed trucks 2x. Equipment clean; however, there was a leak last in the truck. Damaged my mattress. Over all process took several hours. Nice people though. Very apologetic.KEISHA M.

The truck that I was rented needs to be taken out of service or at least have the shocks and springs changed. I also want to contest the cleaning fee that I am being charged for. The person running the office had no idea what he was doing. Even though we had completed the express check in online, it took a very long time to get the truck. He told us we had to choose from $45 and $85 insurance even though we had written proof we selected the $60 insurance online. He could not tell us the difference between $45 and $85 insurance. When he gave us the total cost it was equal to the amount with $60 insurance. The truck had a broken windshield wiper. He told us there was no where we could get it fixed and if it started to rain to find a place to buy one and get reimbursed when we turned the truck in. Before we went to the truck he told us it had "about a half a tank of gas" and marked that on the contract. My husband checked the gas gauge and told him it had less than half a tank of gas. Incredibly the sales person told us the needle would go up when we started to drive. Since the sales person refused to change the gas gauge on the paperwork, my husband took a photo of the gas gauge and odometer reading. Despite this, we were charged for not filling the gas tank. We were rented unsafe equipment with incorrect paperwork.Randy M.
