Stuff everywhere walking looked cluttered. So, We picked up the uhaul and were told Monroe Bancroft. We get there the location was closed like no longer there. So drive up to Jackman and Alexis and the management couldn't switch it to drop there and at this point its been an hour. The lady that the management was talking to at Jackman and Alexis hung up on him. Maybe that why Kmart went out of business. We were told someone had reserved it so we needed to take it to the other one this is beyond overstepping. I really dont care to use your company anymore as to this situation. When we arrive the guy said its not reserved. So now I have to fill this out for someone to get record a insisted of them being able to do their job. Would you repeat service?.....

Michael KI would only schedule pick up during open hours . Trying to navigate their website is ridiculous. You will want to schedule ahead of time, of course, but I would call them directly next time. The worker was very nice.
