Priscilla DOne way rental (15' box van) for a 370 mile trip did not have cruise control. The vehicle had an intermittent airbag light that went on and off and the left mirror rattled the entire trip. Also, the designated return location was 22 miles from my house instead of the nearest location, which was 3 miles away (returned to this location in the past).
ROBERT LThe guy there was super nice. He asked me to park the trailer in a certain spot which was easy. I was out of there in a few minutes. It was a really good experience.

THOMAS JMake sure the gas is at 2/3 tank when customer dropped off van with less than1/2 tank. I paid over 50 dollars to get the tank at 2/3 full.
ANN HMJ took my reservation & Lou wrote the contract & dispatched me. It could not have gone faster or better. Lou will actually run across the lot to help! Six****** rating!
JOHN HWe used a u- haul to move furniture we had bought at homegoods , delivery from a private company would have cost over 3 times what it cost at U-haul. So very easy! Booked online, walked into the store took 2 minutes to get the U- haul, and 30 secs to return. Excellent location and service A+++

Cynthia OThe gentleman who did my check-in in the morning is elderly and has some mobility. For example, he probably would have difficulty walking regularly across a large parking lot to inspect incoming and outgoing vans. He could use some assistance from someone young, starting-out and with good computer skills. He seems to have been at that location for a long time. He knew the history of that strip mall going back to the 1970s, and I was impressed with the way the city of Sylvania adapted the mall to the times. It now contains many businesses that compliment U-Haul such as a tire service and repair store.

Faith TED (owner) went out of his way to ensure my rental was a success. He arranged to get me a last minute appointment to have a light kit installed to my hitch so I could rent a trailer. Then he worked tirelessly to remove a lock that a previous customer had left in the trailer. In both cases-- many other businesses would have just said -- sorry -- tough luck. But Ed was a true professional. I will use this location for any Uhaul needs in the future. Thank you.
Kelly BLocation is very convenient from our ballet company storage to the local theatre. Saved mileage, save gas, and loved the quick loading and load out.

Benjamin BIt is hard to find the first time as it is located between Monroe and Alexis. A good description of the location and even an address of the self-laundry would alert people where to go. The only reason we found it the first time was to see two U-hall trailers in the lot, after someone told us it was next to a Chevy Dealer on Alexis. The place is located about two blocks off Monore Street.

Nancy zMy key was left in the wrong box. So it set my trip back substantially. It was incredibly frustrating having to figure out what the problem was and then sit on hold and wait for a customer service person to fix something that is so easily avoidable
Scott SWe rented an enclosed 12 foot trailer for a week. The process to get the trailer took forever even though we pre registered online. Immediately we went to Lowe’s to pick up supplies and by the time we got out of the store the trailer had low tire pressure in one of the wheels. We took the trailer back immediately to where we rented it from having to leave all the supplies at Lowe's to swap the trailer out, which again took a long time, and then back to Lowe’s to pickup the supplies. Thankfully the rental place had more than one to give us. After we swapped out the trailer we had no issues with the new one and we’re able to get what we needed done as far as hauling material.
Curtiss NI was told I could return my trailer to any U-Haul site. Apparently that’s not true. It took me over an hour to find a place in Cincinnati to drop off my trailer. Very disappointed with your service.

connie bI did not know we had to download the app in order to get a lock box code. We had to call U-Haul 3 times just to get the keys. It sucks there aren’t humans in person, especially since I was charged for 38 miles when I know I only drove 12. The U-Haul location to my apartment (5111 Secor rd Toledo, OH) was only 3 miles, my apartment to my new house (6003 Graystone Dr Sylvania, OH) was 6 miles, and my new house back to the U-Haul location was 3 miles.I have no idea what the computer goes off of because I know I only drove 12miles. I called customer service and all they said was they can only go by the computer. Had there been actual humans working the location, someone could have checked the odometer before and after I got the truck. Now I’m paying for triple the miles and there’s nothing I can do about it.
