No complaints at all. Everyone was professional and very helpful.
GREGG SThe truck had almost 195,000 miles and shook when driving it. It struggled going from 1st to 2nd gear and 2nd to 3rd as well. Once it was going over 40mph it did ok, but still had a shakiness to it. Several times it started shaking super hard, and I thought it was going to break down on me. I had to slow way down below the speed limit to get it to stop. I didn't feel safe with taking this truck out of town.
Lori LCheck out through the app would not work, so I went to U-Haul.Com/share, and it worked fine.

Christian WThe only area of improvement would be the return process. I downloaded the U haul app on my phone and watched the tutorial on what steps to complete. Needless to say, the app did not work and I could not ask for help from the Mower Shop as they were already closed. I worried that we would be charged a late fee, so we took pictures of our arrival so that they would be time stamped. Fortunately, I received my receipt this morning without any additional charges. Overall, my experience was excellent with the rental location.

David WTruck was dirty when we picked it up. Charged $25 for a cleaning fee hours after we returned. Pick up representative didn’t go over the truck with me. Drop off representative didn’t go over the truck with me but by god they’re quick to charge $25 for a cleaning fee.

michael mThe UHAUL App did not work when we returned the truck. The geo-locator part of the App could not find the location even though we were parked on the lot where we rented the truck so we could not complete the after-hour return as described on the video.

Laurel FThe check engine light came on and I had to pull off the road and spend the next 45 minutes making calls to figure out whether I should drive it back or take it somewhere for repairs. I got the go ahead to drive it back but this stop put me 36 minutes over a 24 hour time Period for rental and because of that I was charged an extra rental period. I was charged an extra day because of the equipment malfunction and trying to be the responsible person. I would definitely rent from a different site next time.

mary FTo not charge unexpected costs to my credit card without my approval. I want my refund back immediately. I was upgraded to a bigger truck without my say so due to the original cargo van I ordered not being back in time. PATRICIA CAnswer your phone I had a problem but had to go to 1-800 number to get answer. Extra dolly in truck took up room we needed to fill the truck. Had to call to get it removed don’t want to pay for it. Already rented a bigger one from U-Haul. Then had to figure out where to put it. Happy with check in.

RICARDO SI rented one truck and realized a tire was low. I returned that truck about 10 minutes later and they gave me another truck. Unfortunately, after it was loaded I realized it too had a low tire. After two different U-Haul locations were unable to air the tire up, I had to wait over 2 hours for roadside service to show up to fix it and it resulted in me having to completely change my trip plans (including missed hotel reservations). So, this location gave me two trucks with two low tires.
Shalee lThe location is convenient. The truck was dirty. The app needs to be improved. It wasn't easy to use, it kept having network connection problems and it took 15 minutes to input all the information and then get the truck. The lock box with the key in it was difficult to open. Not a great experience. You should be able to upload your information ahead of time.
