The office interaction was good. The issues were the condition of the Uhaul. The AC did not work and it was hot out. The turn signals would not turn off after I turned. They would stay on and I would have to manually turn them off after every turn. The interior light cover was busted out and did not work. Overall the truck seemed old but it only had 140k miles on it.

KEVIN SThe person at the counter (Paul I think) was extremely rude. The store wasn’t even busy but he treat us like some dirt of inconvenience, condescending and just an all around jerk. I complain very rarely but this was an exception.
