The truck I was given did not have a backup camera, the check engine light was on and when applying brakes the truck pulled to the left. None of these were issues that the location I went to fault. U-haul brought them these trucks. This one need service. Ive been to the same location 4 times in the last couple of months renting a 10' truck each time and had no issues until this. The store is great, the staff are nice and friendly and try to please.

DAVID SI would recommend renting from this company - the gentleman that was in charge of the uhaul rentals was very polite and efficient, i was able to pick up the trailer in less than 30 minutes, and returning it the next day was even easier. i would highly recommend using this group if they have the equipment you are looking for, i will for sure use them again when the time comes!

JOHN MThey did not have my 5x8 trailer size available despite inventory saying they did. He offered to give me a 6x12 trailer at the same price, to which I agreed. However I received my invoice and was charged for a 6x12 trailer. Please call me to correct the charge. The check-in process took a very long time. When I returned the trailer during normal working hours no one was there and there was a sign on the door that they closed for the afternoon. I had to unhitch and position the trailer myself, which was quite strenuous. I will not rent from here again. In fact, I have a trailer rental pickup on 12/29 and am driving three times as far to pick up at a more professional location. Please call me to correct the billing on this rental.

ELLEN PThe only issue is that the guy check in the truck out put me as coming back at 1:40 PM, which is only three hours and 40 minutes instead of the 12 hours that I was guaranteed. I had to wait on hold for you uhaul to fix the Bill so I could check out.

LOIS SWear and tear of equipment made some of the functions more difficult. locking and securing cargo area was a bit difficult!
JAMES HI have a Motorcycle trailer rented through Monday through another location.. was going to buy a golf cart(wouldn’t fit on motorcycle trailer) so came to get a 6 X 12.. go to buy trailer 1.5 miles away and people decided not to sell.. I turn around to take trailer back(less than 30 min time). Guy was like -you are already back. Told him they weren’t selling golf cart any more.. I would not have charged me for a full day.. especially since I have about her trailer already rented.. Bad Business!! For someone who rents a trailer weekly for several days.

BENJAMIN GWhen you rent a trailer it should be explained that the days rental is non refundable. i paid for a 4 day rental for a job that was done in actually less than 24 hours. I returned the trailer early (26 hours after rental) in hopes of a refund, that is NON refundable. Your idea of safe travel time and unloading should not bare anything to the time i take to rent a piece of equipment.

DONNA JThis was our second time renting a van from this location, and I would absolutely recommend it to a friend. The owner is friendly and funny, and the process is efficient, getting us in the road in minutes... when I can pull myself away from shopping in their small but mighty store. This with be my go-to place for all my U-Haul needs going forward.

ALEXIS CInsufficient parking to return vehicles. I was returning a 20' truck, which you cannot park just anywhere, and there was no room in the lot. When I tried to park it elsewhere, another shop owner in the complex told me to move the vehicle. Also, the inside of the equipment was not especially clean, the check engine light was on in the vehicle, and the truck was generally not well-maintained. Thankfully, I didn't have to drive it very far.
TIMOTHY RI have never been to a nicer location to get my U-Hauls. We have several locations around the corner from our home but, I choose this location due to how friendly & helpful they are. They go above & beyond to make reservations simple & easy. Then at pickup, they treat you like family & have everything ready to go for an easy pickup/dropoff. If you are within the area, I HIGHLY recommend choosing The Office Party over any other location. They also have a spectacular store where you can find imported items you won’t find anywhere else in the area.
Jennifer ZTruck wasn't particularly clean inside. I took pictures of the dirt in the cab to ensure I wasn't charged. Thankfully, I only needed it for a few hours. Pickup was faster and smoother than other recent pickups I have made.
