STEPHEN SThe store opened late on the day I went to store called The Office Party to pick ip my UHaul rental van. I attempted to returned truck after-hours and key box would not accommodate the key fob. Had to drive back the next morning to return key fob. The next morning the the store opened fifteen minutes late. Too much customer inconvenience. Use another location.
THOMAS LThe trailer did not ride well. Something seemed to be wrong with the springs or alignment.

Jill FThe office is located in a open space for convenient parking of vehicles. However, I arrived before closing and no one answered the door bell. I parked, locked vehicle, return keys and documents of vehicle in the AFTER hours drop off box. I had questions about the adjusted return date but since no one answered I just returned the vvehicle. I recommend location just on the ease of location and quick close out receipt.
Taa AOvercharged for gas. Gave me wrong truck. Key didn't fit. Hard to find location: Sign is way too small
HOSEON LThis location had a car hauler and let me use it one way - 2 locations on Cobb had several but would not rent to me. The U- Haul name means something and those other locations should NOT be allowed to refuse one way rentals. Thank you Office Party.

DANIEL VWas an overall good experience. The gentlemen who waited on us were kind and courteous although not immediately able to locate the truck keys, which delayed us from immediately taking possession of the truck. I became concerned because we were on a timeline and that was the only truck on the lot of that size…the story was one of “all’s well that ends well.” The rear-view mirror on the passenger side would not adjust to accommodate the seasoned driver’s best rear view.
REBA TJ is very friendly and efficient (very quick process) - overall a very smooth experience.

AXEL RAfter parking the tailor where I was instructed at the Office Parry/ u-haul in Marietta, Ga I requested the young man to inspected the tailor and provide me a receipt. He said he would email me a receipt. I ask him again and he repeated himself at Friday 10 April @ noon. ON MONDAY 14 APRIL I RECEIVER A PHONE CALL FROM YOUR SCHEDULER ADVISING ME TO RETURN THE TRAILOR , THAT I WAS TRSPONSIBLE AND ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN. (at the time I could not remember the location). This made me extremely nervous and at age 88 I don't need to be fussed at. I explained three times what I did and I am not of any fault. This did not satisfier your scheduler. I am very displeased and pissed. I had to prove that the tailor was delivered and where. Some one at the receiving end did not put the data in the computer and that is not my fault and with no receipt. What will you do about this situation, please advise. Monty E. McQuillan

Stuart PThe push notifications are too frequent and confusing, as they send messages with information that differs from the reservation (e.g., a pickup time different than the reservation) or are just unnecessary (telling me the truck is ready for pickup after I have already picked it up).
TIMOTHY RTrailer has holes and seams that leak … it has holes in the sides , should be sold … but we got the job done . The trailer needs a lot of body work.
STERLING HConvenient to my house and usually has equipment I need. Not specific to this location, but in general, I kept getting push messages throughout the rental that my equipment was ready, even though I had already picked up the equipment.

Debroh ZI would like to note that while the service at this location is not the issue, it was the overall worst experience I have had with U-Haul. I made my reservation at 2416 S Cobb Dr which is close to my residence, has hours on Sundays, and has been my local place for years moving my children to and from college. I arrived on Friday at 4pm ( scheduled time ) to be told my reservation had been moved. I was at work all day and did not check my email nor go home to get the message left on my vm. There were two available trailers, but I was told they were reserved for corporate customer and one way travel. I apparently was not of status so I was the one whose reservation was moved to a location that took 1.5 hours to get to during Friday afternoon Atlanta traffic. We arrived at 5:30. Then we had to hook up and drive back home, arrived at 7pm. The return trip also took us out of our way, and we did not deliver the trailer until 5:20pm. This location does not have Sunday hours, so we had no assistance in unhooking the trailer. Which is why we always book at a location that is open on Sundays. I am very frustrated in how U-Haul handled this reservation. And at the last minute. Also noted it that we passed at least 3 U-Haul locations between the 2 places going home. But given the last-minute notification, I did not have time to research other locations. U-Haul could have taken the time to move a trailer to my requested destination but instead caused me great inconvenience and frustration. Poor ratings.
ANDREW LI was notified the morning of pickup that the trailer was not available at chosen location, this pickup location was out of the way and caused delay.

RICHARD BU-Haul trucks are really not made for long distance. My 10 Ft. truck (the smallest available) was sturdy enough and I moved my load without anything breaking, but --PLEASE-- bring these units into the 21st century! Here are some of my other concerns... 1. the "Check Engine" light came on. I drove the last 900 miles with the light on but made it to my destination in one piece. 1. The amenities in the truck cab are incredibly sparse. The windows and locks were manual, I did not have a USB port to recharge my phone, and there wasn't even basic cruise control. This is critical when you're making a 1,000 mile drive in one day (two days in a row)! 2. The truck is a gas guzzler. I spent $450 in 2,000 miles. That's 14-15 MPG!!! 3. The truck was horribly loud. I would argue that hearing protection is almost needed to avoid hearing damage. 4. The suspension system was either COMPLETELY worn out or it's a terrible system to begin with. There were times where I literally became nauseated due to the amount of bouncing around (both left-right and up-down) on the road. 5. The brakes appeared to be worn out. I had no issues with braking, but they absolutely need to be looked at. Overall the truck did its job, the rental location was very convenient for me, and the rental people were very nice, but I'll never rent one of these units for more than a 50-mile distance again.
Bart VDropped off before open. Therefor there was no personnel interaction which warranted the "no" the the personnel helpful question. Everything else was solid
