I am disgusted with this experience! The lady who booked me out with the truck on pickup was great.....I informed her that I would be doing minimal mileage so she put me in for 20 and said if I didnt do that much I would get a refund for the difference. Instead...I do 11 miles total and get hit with a $92 bill! I was expecting $60 max!!!!! That was after putting in $5 of gas for 11 miles. Either your system screwed up or you are rigging your onboard computers to falsify info. I have used UHaul before more than once.....but NEVER....EVER again!

Timothy TGood service but I was glad we had video documentation of mileage and gas amount and mileage left until gas was empty as they tried to say we needed to add more. Upon checking the video they realized we were correct in not putting in more gas. We actually put a couple of gallons extra. Other than that service was fine. Attention to detail matters
