Person checking me in for the uhaul was SO RUDE. First, he said “that’s not you” to my ID, then he proceeded to say “can you drive? you don’t need the insurance?” over and over. Next, he claimed I didn’t have money to cover the cost of the deposit. After all that, he was mad the process on his phone wasn’t working and said one more time and I can’t help you and when I got it to work on my phone he said why didn’t you say you did it already. Very poor service very rude.

U-Haul decided to change our pickup location to one 20+ miles further away and then didn’t adjust our mileage! We also reserved 12 furniture pads and only got 10 at the new location. We then started getting random phone calls from U-Haul asking if we were going to be returning the truck by the time specified or “preferably earlier”. Honestly, you guys couldn’t get us a truck at our local location, why would we even bother to help U-Haul. Bad experience all around
Leo LLanguage barrier and I don’t know if the person knew what she was doing. It was kind of weird giving the keys to her and not even getting a receipt. I’m glad she’s honest.
Marshelle BReserved in line-- no dolly/ mats available. Was told full tank, was 1/4. All 4 tires needed air. Transaction all on her phone which went into our time because it took awhile. Abd the incense burning was disgusting at 9:30 in the morning. Did not feel comfort in sharing a pic of my license and giving my debit ti this place
