Equipment was not available that was reserved. A 16 ft. truck with dolly and car trailer. I had to drive 2 hours round trip to get equipment at another location. Then dolly was not available. I had to drive back to original location and pick up a dolly. Additionally, I was called and told I would be charged for not returning the equipment when this was alwyas a one way reservation to Auburn Al. The agent put me on hold for forever and said it was a mistake because there is also an Auburn CT. That make no sense to me because origianlly she said the call was to return equipment to Plainville CT for a oneway rental to Auburn CT (supposedly an error) She kept cutting me off when I was explaining what happened and that it was nevr Auburn CT and reseration paper work confirms that was Auburn Al. I am not happy
