Jerome TI would prefer a contactless rental experience. When returning the truck, I had to hand deliver the keys inside a store, but I had to pass by a homeless person who then came into the store. As a female, I felt uncomfortable and would have rather had the opportunity to return keys inside a dropbox.

PATRICK MAm a 67 year oldwidow and doing the job alone. I had stressed that I needed to pick up the transport dolly at the same place that I picked up the truck because my personal vehicle would be there. I was told that was not necessary that after picking up the truck and loading it that I could drive to another U-Haul to get the transport dolly and then come pick up my car. Problem was the person at the truck pick up place absolutely refused to assist me with loading my car on the dolly. Said she would not be held responsible. She texted me a video and handed me a pamphlet. I had to contact the people that had given me the transport dolly, and they had to come assist me. I really really appreciated their help. But they were not able to put the chains on the car. I had to crawl under the car and hitch it up Myself. I was extremely unhappy to say the least.

RUTH NOrdered Uhaul for Los Lunas NM Pick up.....Went to Los Lunas Uhaul to pick up & was told the Uhaul would have to picked up in Albuquerque 35 miles away. When I was called to confirm the rental the day before no on indicated that I would have to pick up in Albuquerque! Once there the Albuquerque store at 3010 Juan Tabo did not have the hand truck and dolly I had ordered and paid for! I was told to go back to the Los Lunas store to pick them up! Very poor communication & service!

ALBERT KFire the guy from the store he was very rude from right when we walked. In. We try getting a 15ft uhaul and he said couldn't getone without using a major credit card, I told him I have done it plenty of time witj just a debit card and he kept saying no, I told If I can have the uhaul customer service number to see why this location won't accept debit cards and at that point he said we can go head and use a debit card. So we get the uhaul and go 1 mile down the road and load some flagstone, and park the uhaul 2 miles down the road ar my sister so my buddy came come pick up the flage which he does not so the guy from the store where we got the uhaul called me the next day and said we need to bring the uhaul back I explained what was going on and that my buddy haven't came to pick up the flagstone and we will pay for the day or days till he comes gets it so it's only bee. One full day so far, so the next day my sister me and says that 2 police officers came to her house because the guy from the store called the police and reported it stolen even though I talked to him the day before

Amelia NWhen we returned the truck the instruction were very unclear on where to put the keys after hours. There was no drop box that could be located and no other alternative could be found.
Schuyler TUhaul fuckin sucks. There's no point in reserving the truck at a location of it won't be there. Had to drive to Juan tebo which was a very professional location. Than to Rio Rancho for my trailer. Most waste of time and money when it should've been at the same location where I reserved the item 3 weeks in advance

Rodney PThe owner was cool, but they added insurance to my already online precooked ticket without letting me know. I found out after my trip because the price quoted was more expensive. I was pissed as hell. Because the owner claimed he didn’t add it that it was what I preselected but I shows him what I pre booked and he is changing his story now. Claimed I was aware when I wasn’t. I have insurance and Amex play that provides insurance. I know why I didn’t preselect insurance. Other than this issue, the owner wasn’t a bad person.
