You need to let people rent spare tires. The trailer l picked up had 6.5 year old 14 inch tires. NOBODY uses 14 inch tires . Get with the times and use minimum 15 and preferably 16 inch tires. This isn’t 1980. The speed limit is 75 + in Texas. You owe me for 2 hours of my time. I make $62 an hour. Credit it to my card.

The drop off site was horrible. The man that I interacted with was rude, racist, bigoted and out right unprofessional. Before the store opened and I could get to the door, he was outside yelling at me that I parked the Uhaul truck in the wrong place. I tried to explain to him there are no signs indicating this. He proceeded to yell at me for where the truck was parked. I proceeded to park the truck where he indicated and be came over and continue to yell at me for not knowing where the uhauls should be parked. I will NEVER do business with this store and I would encourage UhAul to terminate their association with this business. The man had a pistol on his hip and I felt like he felt initialed to treat non whites beneath him. He was so unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place for any interaction pertaining to UhAul. Terrible service!!!!
