The keys were not located in any of the lock boxes, and the lock boxes were all unlocked. The main business building at which the U-Haul location was (i.e., The Produce Shack) did not have any customers working, and all U-Haul customer service reps were of no help. I ended up going to the secondary building of the same company where two workers were. When speaking with one employee, I noticed all the U-Haul keys were on the counter. After talking with them, they gave me the key to the truck. The whole process was so backwards and frustrating, especially after traveling 1.5 hours to get to the location. It was even more difficult due to being in a rural area where it seems like the company upkeep is minimal to nonexistent. The truck itself was in good condition and had no problems with the actual driving and delivering.

JOSHUA JDidn't get what i paid for, no help to hookup was not told what ball size, had no lights or signal lights .puner was not around to help.we were on a time slot for our pickip.aftet we got back i repaired the trailer lights and returned the unit This crap.will never use u haul again Plus never got a refund for the equipment I paid for.

Thomas MVery disappointed with the help know one to help you a lady was there but she really didn’t know what to do she said that I would have to wait till sum guy would be there and I said I have to go to get back to Ohio before dark she said just drop it off anywhere outside and I will send you the receipt through email so I left very disappointed
CLYDE SI reserved a 10 foot uhaul weeks before i needed just to end up being told a day before pickup that i will be getting a 15 foot uhaul. very confused on what the point is of reserving one then.

Terri BPoint of start representative did not say had 24 hours to return only that 70 miles estimate 1 way which ended up few miles over very poor estimate than teprezentive did not say that there was after hours fee or cleaning fee which we did not take pictures when we rented it and we were charged for a previous spill in the truck
BARBARA OI had to hook up the car hauler up by myself. They did not have anyone to help me. Very poor service
