The location was not the problem. This was the second time I’ve rented a a truck from U-Haul and both time there was a problem with my truck and was put behind hours and had to do extra day rentals and miss work because of the reliability of your fleet vehicles.

john rWe were to pick up in Charleston but the 15’ truck was only available in Sutton. The lady worked very hard to get us squared away when we arrived, we did not get the pads we ordered as this site never has them but she took them off our bill. The truck ran great and was clean.
