For the most part very good, did online reservation in which I requested 12 moving blankets (for $10). At pick up I asked if the blankets were in the truck and got the deer in the headlights look, never thought much of but should have checked. Once at our starting location when we went into the back of the truck we had one blanket, took it as is and continued with our move. When I returned it I brought this up and they could not remove it from their app during the invoicing process so I said for the $10 just put it thru as I had been there 10 plus minutes already.

U Haul as a whole, is a poorly run company with horrible logistics. Thank goodness for Sandeep at his Stony Plain location. He was a single bright spot in an otherwise abyss of a company.
MIKE CMake sure the back floor of the truck is clean,lots of gravel on the floor in the back of the truck.
