Don went above and beyond to help us. There were issues out of his control when we first went to Barrhead and all the units had no gas as people were stealing gas. Wasted a whole day but in the end it worked out!

I was overcharged for gas. I have gone back 3 times now and can't get resolution. The tank was at 1/4 but when I returned the employee entered 1/8. I was charged for gas I filled back up in the vehicle. I keep chasing this down but they won't do anything
Paul BWhen I first went into the store the young clerk said that there wasn’t enough room for me to drop off the uhaul. I told him that Uhaul confirmed this location as the drop off point. The clerk said he was going to call the manager as he stepped away with his cell phone. Less than one minute later he came back and took the key for the uhaul. No inspection of the uhaul or mention of it being completed happened. Later that day I received an invoice saying the uhaul was dropped off at 9:23 p.m. when in fact it was dropped off at 8:47 a.m. and I was charged for apparently not leaving 3/8 of fuel that it was originally picked up with. However, just before dropping it off gas was put in across the street from this location. Uhaul refunded the fuel charge. If the clerk was honest then I would recommend this location as a drop off point.
