I was overcharged for gas. I have gone back 3 times now and can't get resolution. The tank was at 1/4 but when I returned the employee entered 1/8. I was charged for gas I filled back up in the vehicle. I keep chasing this down but they won't do anything

When I first went into the store the young clerk said that there wasn’t enough room for me to drop off the uhaul. I told him that Uhaul confirmed this location as the drop off point. The clerk said he was going to call the manager as he stepped away with his cell phone. Less than one minute later he came back and took the key for the uhaul. No inspection of the uhaul or mention of it being completed happened. Later that day I received an invoice saying the uhaul was dropped off at 9:23 p.m. when in fact it was dropped off at 8:47 a.m. and I was charged for apparently not leaving 3/8 of fuel that it was originally picked up with. However, just before dropping it off gas was put in across the street from this location. Uhaul refunded the fuel charge. If the clerk was honest then I would recommend this location as a drop off point.

I was charged more than what my receipt told me. I was charged 179.92 instead of my updated receipt that told me I would only be charged 161.30 . Hopefully this can be corrected. Besides that it was a pleasant experience! And the staff was friendly :)

There was nothing to improve on with the 10 foot unit that I rented. My family members and friends have rented UHAUL many times. CHARGING $0.99 CENTS A KILOMETER IS A DRASTIC JUMP FROM THE $0.60 CENTS NOT TO LONG AGO. I still search for cheaper services especially on a much farther distance. I paid $370 for 370 km, the truck unit $39 + tax for 2 days plus $110 for fuel. .The KILOMETERS are the deal breaker for me

For the most part very good, did online reservation in which I requested 12 moving blankets (for $10). At pick up I asked if the blankets were in the truck and got the deer in the headlights look, never thought much of but should have checked. Once at our starting location when we went into the back of the truck we had one blanket, took it as is and continued with our move. When I returned it I brought this up and they could not remove it from their app during the invoicing process so I said for the $10 just put it thru as I had been there 10 plus minutes already.

U Haul as a whole, is a poorly run company with horrible logistics. Thank goodness for Sandeep at his Stony Plain location. He was a single bright spot in an otherwise abyss of a company.

Make sure the back floor of the truck is clean,lots of gravel on the floor in the back of the truck.

Gas cap light kept coming on even after I checked it to ensure the tightness of it and it was on the whole time the truck was operational.

There were no windshield wipers on the truck but I was able to take them off of a truck that was not in service
