It is like a ghost town. There was no one there when I went to pick up the truck. I called a number and the lady gave me a code to unlock the lock to get the keys

Tatyana AGas gauge was at empty. Location advised me to contact UHaul because they could not refund me for the gas purchased. Fuel pump plate was broke and my daughter stepped through it and hurt her wrist. I filed a form through U-Haul and have t heard back.

I wished I would have known to call and make sure they had what I had checked out as well as announcing myself before showing to not encounter things I shouldn't have and all to make sure some one is there during hour of operation.

DAVID DCustomer service rep didn’t have keys to the business had to wait 15 minutes .issue with the gas gauge on the truck what shows as a half tank on the contract wasn’t what was in the truck it was a quarter tank, don’t waste your time complaining nothing is done
TERRANCE SNobody was onsite when we arrived at our appointment time. I found a piece of paper on the door saying to call if I needed anything. I called and a woman tried to help me but said my reservation was a local one, not a one-way. Then I had to wait until she came in to fix the mess. The U-Haul was sticky inside the cab and the seats were filthy. Also, they did not have the hand truck I was promised and only half the moving blankets...which were also filthy.
PAUL FBest Uhaul experience I think I’ve ever had, hands down. The man working was super efficient and very helpful. Had me in and out fast on both pickup and drop off. And I appreciate him looking out for me, making sure I knew how to use the app, and being patient with me as I am not great at backing up!

Victor HReally great experience. Rented late in the day on Wednesday before thanksgiving, returned it thanksgiving morning. Didn’t catch the name of the person who helped us, but he was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely rent from here again.

RANDY LHaving more equipment available trailers, especially would probably help. I know they’re expensive and it’s a big outlet but even one or two extra cause it’s really hard to reserve a 6 x 12 trailer with a ramp I live in Napa and ended up going to Santa Rosa to get one The last time I needed a trailer.. so anyway, other than that you guys are doing great.
KENT Kso i rented a open trailer and got charged 25 dollars cleaning fee. i had to drive that trailer almost 20 mile out of my way to get it and return it and it was empty when returned. they told me i was good. DONT RENT FROM THEM THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEES. NOW HES SAYN I DAMAGED IT AND HE PUT A CLAIM IN .....i was not told any of this on receipt . other then a second charge of 25 bucks cleaning a trailer.....to be honest i never looked in the trailer when i took it, i just seen a bunch of wires and pieces all over....so beware when using this place!!!!!!!!!

JASMINE TThis was not the selected pick up point, U-haul forced me to pick up here (in another town) even with a week's notice. Seems like U-hauls system needs some review.. not the location. This feedback questionnaire is missing the mark on what needs review. I also turned in the equipment 3 days early, shouldn't that see some refund...?

ARTURO CBetter equipment process to enable early return window. Equipment pickup customer experience was very good.
Htee HCarter was fantastic. The U-Haul app was very confusing and I couldn't get it to work to pick up the keys (and truck) or return the truck after hours using the app. Carter helped me get through the pick up by phone, and handled the check-in the morning after I dropped off the truck since I couldn't do it on the app. As far as I'm concerned, the app is useless. People are your best asset, don't try and replace their service with an app that people can't understand or use.
Kenneth BThe location was good. Near my home for easy access. Pick up via mobile was ok except for trouble getting the key with the lock code. Not user friendly. Drop off was another story. I spoke to Carter he confirmed they were open until noon, Sunday 9/15/24. Arrived at 11:15 am to a sign posted “closed”. Truck was returned 4 hours early. I wanted to return the truck to a person due to questions regarding gas. Got a call hours later from Carter regarding gas. I opted to just pay for the gas due to my time constraints to refill. He couldn’t give me a straight answer regarding charges. He was not there at 11:15 am. 45 minutes before closing. Check on Carter. Not doing the job at hand. Also, I reserved a 10 foot truck with no ramp. I called. Carter stated that only 10 feet and over trucks have ramps. No where on the website or when it was reserved did it state this. Are 10 feet trucks not for moving as it’s advertised? Why would they be excluded for having ramps? Is it desired that patrons fall or get injured with one of these trucks with no ramps? Common sense is in order here.

LUIS RCentral staff and store staff did not communicate the issue and it took me 30 minutes to get everything straight. My reservation for 11 am did not fulfill on time which delayed my whole shifting process. However I will get $50 refund as Reservation Guarentee program.
